Lamb Weston is seeking a Customer Success Representative I to join our Virginia-based team at Statewide Multi Use. You’ll own small account management, qualify leads, and be the first point of contact for opportunities across Sales, Marketing, and Distribution.
In this role you’ll maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce, drive retention through proactive engagement, and help reduce churn by representing the voice of the customer. Some travel up to 15% is expected.
