Requirements- Recent Customer Success, Customer Support, Client Services, Account Management, or Service Delivery experience working directly for a Customer Experience (CX), Contact Center, or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization is required.
- Experience managing customer relationships, customer support operations, service delivery, or client success initiatives.
- Strong understanding of customer experience principles, operational performance, and customer satisfaction metrics.
