Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Customer Success Manager based in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of customers to drive adoption and retention of Lippincott Solutions. You will conduct customer meetings, support new implementations, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills.

Compensation ranges from $57,400 to $98,350 USD, and is eligible for commission.
