Kiln is seeking a Member Success Associate in Boise to support sales, onboarding, and the overall guest experience. You’ll be the first and last point of contact for members and guests, guiding tours, onboarding, and ongoing communications to nurture a thriving community.
You’ll work with a cross-functional team including the Community Director to drive occupancy, manage events, and maintain high service standards while promoting Kiln’s services and initiatives.
