Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, and collect payments following company guidelines. You will handle daily front office paperwork and ensure safety and security procedures are followed for all associates and guests.
You will promote ESA's service culture, resolve guest issues using Make it Right, process reservations, registrations, and departures, and maintain cash, credit card and city ledger accounts.
