We are growing event marketing and fundraising organization that partners with nonprofit organizations, community groups, and mission-driven brands to create impactful campaigns and memorable experiences. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build skills in customer engagement, event coordination, and community outreach.

Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer experiences while supporting our event marketing and fundraising initiatives. You will interact directly with customers, community members, and event attendees while representing our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.

The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, motivated, and passionate about connecting with people.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and create positive interactions with customers and event participants
  • Represent nonprofit and brand partners at fundraising events, community activations, and promotional campaigns
  • Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about campaigns, products, services, and events
  • Assist with event setup, coordination, and daily operations
  • Build strong relationships with customers and community members
  • Support fundraising goals through customer engagement and outreach efforts
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing client organizations
  • Track customer feedback and communicate insights to management
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve event and campaign goals
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or event experience preferred but not required
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and members of the public
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to attend local events (if required)
