Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Express Employment is seeking a bilingual customer service representative for a company that provides funding for affordable housing opportunities.

Job duties include:

• Providing excellent customer service to clients in both English and Spanish
• Resolving customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently
• Maintaining accurate customer records and data
• Assisting with other customer service duties as needed

Skills:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (writing, reading, and speaking) is a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Other Details:

• Schedule is Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
• Pay rate is $19/hr.
• Position is temporary, and could be temp to hire based on company’s hiring needs
