Join the team at Dillon RV Marine Power Sports as a Powersports Service Advisor based in Boise,  this role, you will be the primary point of contact between customers and our service department, ensuring a seamless and positive service experience. Your expertise in powersports vehicles and exceptional customer service skills will help us maintain our reputation for excellence.

• Greet customers and assess their service needs for powersports vehicles including motorcycles, ATVs, and personal watercraft.
• Provide clear explanations of required services, estimates, and timelines to customers.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
• Maintain accurate records of service orders, parts requests, and customer communications.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding service status, warranties, and maintenance recommendations.
• Work closely with parts and sales departments to facilitate a smooth service process.
• Assist in upselling services and products that enhance vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.

• Prior experience in a service advisor role or customer-facing position in the powersports or automotive industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of powersports vehicles and their maintenance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with service management software or willingness to learn.
• A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
