As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Build positive relationships with community members, event attendees, and local partners.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution and outstanding guest experiences.
• Maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
