Navan is seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join the Travel Experience team. You will own customer satisfaction by resolving issues, communicating effectively, and collaborating with internal teams to clear obstacles for travelers.
Role requires 5+ years in travel bookings (air/rail/hotel) and 3+ years with a GDS (Sabre/Amadeus/Galileo). Fluency in English and French is mandatory. Availability for rotating shifts is expected.
