We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Boise. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, organized, and comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, and in person.
ResponsibilitiesAnswer customer calls and respond to questions professionally
Assist customers with orders, accounts, scheduling, and general inquiries
Resolve customer concerns and provide timely solutions
Enter and maintain accurate customer information
Communicate with internal team members to resolve issues
Follow up with customers as needed
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
QualificationsPrevious customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional and friendly attitude
Basic computer skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
