Metro Express Car Wash is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Boise, role serves as the voice of the company across phone, email, text, and chat within a small office team, not a call center, with hybrid eligibility after 90 days and a schedule of 8a–5p MT, Monday through Friday.
You will manage member accounts, assist with billing issues, and help resolve plan changes and promotions while learning our POS, member portal, and phone system.
