Customer Service Representative – Entry Level

As a Customer Service Representative, you will represent our clients at community events, retail locations, promotional events, and customer outreach campaigns
. You will interact directly with customers, answer questions, provide information about products and services, and create a positive customer experience.

• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service and answer customer questions
• Represent client brands at events, retail locations, and promotional campaigns
• Explain products, services, promotions, and offers clearly
• Assist with customer acquisition and engagement activities
