Job duties include:
- Initiating outbound collection calls
- Negotiating payment arrangements with borrowers to avoid mortgage delinquency
- Following up with the borrowers on returned payments
- Assisting with early stage account collections
- Must have call center experience
- Comfortable working on the phones
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient with computers
- Any collections experience is a plus
- Schedule is Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
- Pay rate is $18/hr.
- Position is a long-term temporary role with possibility of temp to hire based on company's hiring needs
