Temporary Customer Service Floater

Duration: 0-3+ months (Temp to hire)

Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (M-F)

Interview Type: A preliminary phone screening will be conducted first, followed by a video interview if needed.

Work Address:
The associate will support multiple customer locations in the Boise area. Specific addresses will be provided prior to onboarding and first-day reporting instructions.

Job Description:

This position is an on-site, multi site/floater position covering three accounts in the Boise, . This position does not work directly with printers or technical services but is customer service in nature. Print and mail experience is plus but customer facing experience is a must. Reliable transportation also a must. This is not a technical support role and not a dedicated print services role.

The temporary associate will serve as a local travel floater supporting three managed services accounts in the Boise area. Responsibilities will vary based on each customer's contracted services and may include front desk/reception coverage, mail and package processing, print and copy support, administrative tasks, data entry, document handling, customer service, and other on-site business support functions. The associate will travel between customer locations as needed to provide coverage and maintain service continuity.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and client-facing experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently resolve day-to-day administrative and operational issues. Candidates who are adaptable, organized, dependable, and comfortable working in different business environments will be most successful. Previous experience with mailroom operations, print services, reception, or office administration is a plus, but not required. We anticipate beginning onboarding in mid-September once a candidate has been identified.

The assignment is expected to continue through November and may extend into December depending on business needs. There is potential for the role to become a permanent opportunity; however, the current expectation is that the assignment will conclude when the employee currently on leave returns. Yes. The role may require periods of standing, walking, bending, and light to moderate lifting throughout the day depending on the site and assigned tasks.

No specialized equipment experience is required. Parking is generally available at no cost via surface lots. If a temporary associate incurs approved parking expenses while performing job duties, those expenses may be submitted for reimbursement.

Dress Code:
Business casual attire is required. Closed-toe shoes must be worn. Jeans are not permitted. Polo shirts or similar professional attire are preferred.

Driving:
No driving is required as part of the position. BUT if converted to a permanent role, the associate would need reliable transportation to travel to and from assigned customer locations, as work assignments and coverage needs may change throughout the day.
