As an Event Assistant, you will be the friendly face representing our brand, providing essential information about our clients and programs while maintaining smooth event logistics. • Oversee day-of event details to guarantee flawless event execution
• Greet and engage with attendees, providing accurate information about clients and programs
• Support event setup, coordination, and breakdown as needed
• Adapt quickly to changing situations and respond to diverse customer needs with empathy and professionalism
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the event

• Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated personality
• Previous customer service or event support experience preferred
• Strong English communication skills—verbal, reading, and writing (bilingual skills are a plus)
• Ability to connect with various personalities and maintain a positive attitude
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills; ability to work independently
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must be at least 18 years old
