Client Relations Representative — Entry Level

Ironbloom Collective is looking for a Client Relations Representative to join our team and help create positive experiences for our clients, customers, and community partners.

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who wants to learn, grow, and gain practical experience in communication, customer relations, and business development.

No previous client relations experience is required. Training is provided.

• Serve as a friendly point of contact for customers and community members.
• Build positive relationships through professional, face-to-face communication.
• Learn about client programs, products, and services and confidently share information.
• Listen to customer questions and help provide appropriate solutions or information.
• Support client-facing events, meetings, and community initiatives.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate important information to team leadership.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
• Work closely with teammates to accomplish daily goals.
• Participate in training and ongoing professional development.

You don't need a specific degree or extensive résumé. We're looking for someone who is:
