Career Level Designer

We are seeking a Career Level Designer with strong technical expertise and experience in industrial building design, ideally within semiconductor or high-tech facility environments. This role requires advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and other design and drafting tools. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of architectural and multi-discipline coordination, with the ability to contribute to all phases of design development and deliver high-quality project documentation.

Pay: $31.73- $43.65 per hour DOE

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and coordinate drawings, models, and design deliverables across all project phases
  • Support design development under project architects while working with minimal supervision
  • Review and refine work from junior designers for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with multiple disciplines and resolve design conflicts
  • Perform field surveys and support existing condition documentation
  • Participate in design reviews, code discussions, and project meetings
  • Provide technical guidance and labor estimates for assigned tasks
  • Ensure adherence to project standards, specifications, and client requirements
  • Identify gaps in work and proactively resolve issues
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Computer Drafting & Design or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience in industrial or high-tech facility design (semiconductor preferred)
  • Extensive experience with Revit and AutoCAD
  • Proficiency in Navisworks and Bluebeam for model review and coordination
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and best practices
  • Ability to manage tasks, estimate effort, and support project scheduling and budgeting
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to present solutions and options
  • Leadership capability and willingness to mentor junior staff
