Product Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Product Designer who is passionate about designing user‑centered products. In this role, you will work on developing functional, aesthetically pleasing, and highly usable products, ensuring that user needs drive every stage of the design process. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, utilize iterative prototyping techniques, conduct usability tests, and employ strong communication and logical reasoning skills to bring innovative product designs to life.

• Develop and execute user‑centered design strategies by researching and understanding users’ needs and behaviors.
• Create prototypes and iterate on designs using industry‑standard tools, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and users throughout the process.
• Balance aesthetics with functionality to produce visually appealing products that deliver a seamless user experience.
• Plan and carry out usability tests, analyze feedback, and refine product designs to enhance overall user satisfaction and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and other team members to ensure the product design aligns with technical requirements and business goals.
• Document design decisions and conduct clear written communication to articulate your design rationale and reasoning.
• Apply logical thinking and problem‑solving skills to address challenges and optimize product functionality.

• Proven experience in user‑centered product design, including a strong portfolio showcasing projects with clear emphasis on usability, visual design, and iterative prototyping.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools and an ability to quickly iterate and refine design concepts.
• Strong knowledge of usability testing methods and experience in incorporating test results into design improvements.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate design processes, rationales, and outcomes.
• Analytical and logical reasoning aptitude, enabling you to solve complex design problems effectively.
