This role is hands-on and dedicated to making a difference. You will develop and optimize processes, solve manufacturing problems, and work closely with suppliers and internal teams to improve quality and cost. This role involves the utilization of AI/LLM/ML for worker productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve assembly process issues using structured methodologies
- Develop, optimize, and qualify new or modified process baselines
- Lead yield improvement, cost reduction, and productivity initiatives
- Coordinate process, equipment, and material evaluations
- Support audits, SPC/FDC, and site‑to‑site portability
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering or related field
- Experience in process development or high‑volume manufacturing
- Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, 8D, or failure analysis techniques
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues
- AI/LLM/ML familiarity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in thin films or assembly process development
- Experience with supplier management and material qualification
- Background supporting new product introduction
- Strong data analysis and problem‑solving skills
