BIM Coordinator
Boise, (Open to candidate relocation) 12-Month Contract with Strong Extension Potential
We are seeking multiple BIM Coordinators to support a large-scale advanced manufacturing construction project. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a highly visible industrial build that will provide valuable experience on a complex, cutting-edge facility.
What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as the BIM subject matter expert within the field office.
- Maintain and coordinate Revit and Navisworks models across multiple construction trades.
- Run clash detection studies and facilitate resolution meetings between project stakeholders.
- Integrate architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing models into a centralized model.
- Ensure models accurately reflect field conditions and construction progress.
- Manage BIM standards, model libraries, and project documentation.
- Support deployment of accurate construction drawings and model-based deliverables to field teams.
- Collaborate with trade partners to identify and resolve design conflicts before construction impacts occur.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of BIM, VDC, or model coordination experience within construction, engineering, architecture, or AEC environments.
- Proficiency with Navisworks, including clash detection and coordination workflows.
- Experience using Revit to review, update, and maintain building models.
- Experience supporting large commercial or industrial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination involving mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and architectural systems.
Preferred Experience
- Semiconductor, data center, battery manufacturing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other large industrial projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience with Newforma Konekt or similar project collaboration platforms.
- Familiarity with high-detail as-built models and BIM execution standards.
