Job Description

Our client is seeking a Spatial Planner to support office remodels, workspace reconfigurations, and furniture upgrade projects across corporate facilities. This role will focus on planning and designing office layouts, including workstation, desk, and cubicle configurations, while ensuring efficient use of space and a positive employee experience.

The ideal candidate combines strong CAD expertise with exceptional communication skills and professionalism, as they will work directly with internal stakeholders, facilities teams, and project partners throughout planning and implementation efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain office space plans using CAD software.
  • Design layouts for desks, cubicles, offices, collaboration areas, and support spaces.
  • Support office remodels, moves, and furniture replacement or upgrade projects.
  • Collaborate with facilities, project teams, and business stakeholders to understand space requirements.
  • Ensure layouts maximize functionality, efficiency, and employee experience.
  • Update floor plans and maintain accurate space planning documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service while supporting internal clients and project stakeholders.
  • Participate in planning meetings and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
