Role overview
A full-stack Product Designer is needed to shape end-to-end features for a complex, data-driven web platform used daily by advertising operations and growth teams. The role sits inside an in-house product design team and partners closely with engineering, research, and stakeholders to turn ambiguous problems into intuitive, scalable interfaces optimized for desktop workflows.
Responsibilities- Lead the design of end-to-end features for internal platforms, from discovery and user flows through wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, implementation support, and design QA.
- Translate findings from audits, analytics, and usability research into concrete product improvements.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and fellow designers during refinement, scope decomposition, handoffs, and interaction specification.
- Maintain and extend a Figma-based Design System, contributing new components, tokens, and auto-layout patterns.
- Plan and run user interviews, usability tests, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
- Use modern AI tools to speed up research synthesis, content generation, and day-to-day workflow tasks.
- 4+ years of design experience overall, with at least 2 years embedded in a product team.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to break complex, multi-stakeholder problems into actionable components.
- Hands-on experience working with qualitative and quantitative data, including analytics tools, and comfort using AI to streamline those tasks.
- Demonstrated experience running UX research: usability tests, in-depth interviews, surveys, and research analysis.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS fundamentals to communicate effectively with front-end developers.
- Fluency in English at B2 or higher, high independence, strong ownership, and an organized, problem-solving mindset.
- A portfolio showing end-to-end product design work, plus aesthetic sensitivity and commitment to visual consistency.
- Background designing products in the AdTech or advertising domain.
- Experience with complex B2B platforms, content management systems, or CRM tools.
- Advanced, practical mastery of AI tools for design and process automation.
- Fully remote arrangement with flexible cooperation terms.
- Direct involvement in large, high-impact product initiatives shaping a global platform.
- Hardware and software equipment provided.
- Supportive, partner-driven, mature team culture.
