This role will be responsible for working efficiently to meet fast turnaround timelines for project deliverables, assisting inspace planning anddesign activities, maintaining accurate documentation and records related to technical projects, specifications,and estimating, as wellas providing technical expertise and support to other departments as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborate with the Technical Services team to support architecturalspace planning anddesignfor international/local projects,together with costestimating tasks.
2D presentation skills to communicate design concepts effectively.
Provide expertise in local and international estimates, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
Work efficiently to meet fast turnaround timelines for project deliverables.
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to technical projects and specifications.
Support other departments as needed with technical expertise and assistance.
QUALIFICATIONS &REQUIREMENTS:- Bachelor's degree in Architectureor Engineering, or related fieldwith at least 5 years work experience.
Experience in Quantity Surveying or similar role is a plus but not required
Proficiency in 2D and knowledge for3D design software applications be a plus but not required(e.g., AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit).
Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processesboth local and international.
Excellent Englishcommunicationand presentation skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across departments.
Previous experience in a similar role or within the hospitality industry is a plus.
