Flix is seeking a Senior/Lead Mission Designer to craft compelling missions and encounters for our internal projects and high-profile co-development partners. You will own the design from concept through implementation, mentoring peers and upholding a high design quality bar.
Collaborating with design, art, code, narrative and production, you will prototype, playtest and iterate, balancing gameplay, pacing and player motivation. This role is based near Birmingham, with a friendly studio culture.
