We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join our established orthopedic program in Emmett, Idaho. • Total Compensation: $709,000+ annually (Year 1: $618,000 base + incentives)
• Signing Bonus: $50,000 (50% at signing, 50% at start)
• Work Schedule: 2.5 clinic days, 2 OR days per week (4‑day work week negotiable)
• Call Coverage: No call required
• Technology: Brand new Velas robotic surgery system
• Location: 30 minutes from Boise with small‑town lifestyle
• Patient Base: Immediate volume with established referral network

• Total hip, knee, and shoulder replacements (robotic‑assisted)
• Arthroscopic procedures (knee, shoulder, ankle)
• Carpal tunnel release and hand procedures
• Injections and trigger point therapy
• Non‑surgical treatment options for chronic conditions
• No spine surgery required

• Volume: 30 clinic encounters per day, 2‑3 surgeries per OR day
• Support: Comprehensive OR team (~8 personnel) including 2 full‑time CRNAs, experienced OR nurses and surgical techs
• Facility: 16‑bed Critical Access Hospital with full surgical capabilities, 128‑slice CT, MRI, ultrasound, and on‑site lab
• Leadership Role: Medical Director position with $48,000 annual stipend

• MD or DO from accredited institution
• Completed orthopedic surgery residency
• Board‑certified or board‑eligible by American Board of Orthopedic Surgery
• Current or obtainable Idaho medical license
• DEA and Idaho Pharmacy licensure
• BLS and ACLS certification
• 4+ years post‑residency experience preferred
