What You'll Do
* Create and implement developmentally appropriate, engaging lesson plans.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children can explore and thrive.
* Observe, assess, and document children's progress.
* Build strong partnerships with families and collaborate with fellow staff members.
* Maintain a clean, organized classroom that supports hands-on learning.
* Lead activities that promote creativity, problem-solving, and social-emotional growth.
* Ensure adherence to all state licensing regulations and health/safety standards.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
* At least 2 years of experience in a preschool or early learning setting.
* Teaching license or Early Childhood Education certification preferred.
* Strong communication skills and a genuine love for working with young children.
* Understanding of early childhood development and best practices.
* Ability to create a warm, supportive, and engaging classroom atmosphere.
* First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
* A positive, team-oriented mindset and dedication to continuous learning.
