The Director of Admissions & Enrollment at Primrose School of North Meridian provides leadership in admissions, enrollment, re-enrollment, and marketing efforts to grow and sustain a strong school community. This role is key in building relationships with families and increasing awareness of our school within the community.
Experience in the Early Childhood Education field is required.

Key Responsibilities Admissions and Enrollment- Lead all admissions, enrollment, and re-enrollment efforts to meet fiscally sound enrollment goals
- Conduct school tours for prospective families and represent the Primrose mission and values
- Schedule and complete parent orientations
- Track, follow up, and manage inquiries, applications, enrollment steps, and withdrawals using school systems
- Maintain accurate child files, audits, and parent records
Enter and manage enrollment data within school platforms - Some nights and weekends for event purposes
- Partner with School Leadership to develop classroom placement and retention strategies
- Collaborate with faculty and administrative team members on open houses and enrollment events
- Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective families throughout the admissions process
- Carry out the school’s marketing plan in collaboration with School Directors
- Create and manage marketing materials, advertisements, and communications that enhance the school’s public image
- Manage and update the school’s website and digital presence
- Support fundraising and community outreach initiatives as directed
- Prior experience in Early Childhood Education is required
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
