Preschool Teacher

Challenger School is seeking enthusiastic, energetic individuals to join our preschool teams at our Idaho campuses. As a preschool teacher, you will be the first experience a child has with school and provide the foundation for the rest of their education. You will teach children to read and reason while fostering individual responsibility, self‑confidence, and independence. Our classes are fast‑paced, fun, and built on a proven curriculum.

We give all teachers the training and tools needed to be effective, competent, and fulfilled. You will begin in a paid teacher training program to learn our unique curriculum and teaching styles; after successful completion you will receive your own classroom to teach and manage. Positions can be full‑time or part‑time, depending on campus needs.

• Thoroughly learn Challenger’s curriculum, teaching methods, and philosophy
• Maintain a safe and productive classroom environment
• Prepare lesson plans and teach daily preschool classes
• Work patiently with students, parents, and coworkers

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a background check
• Completion of pre‑employment assessments
