Elementary Teacher

School Principal

A teacher serves the mission of St. Mark's Catholic School, the Diocese of Boise, and the Office of Catholic Schools by forming students academically and spiritually in a faith-centered learning environment.

Minimum of 190

$45,000 - $70,000 (depending on years of experience and education level).

• Collaborate with parents as primary faith educators.
• Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based lessons aligned to diocesan academic and religious curricula.
• Foster a respectful, well-managed classroom culture.
• Promote positive, professional relationships with students, staff, and families.
• Actively participate in school Masses, service projects, and community-building activities.
• Collaborate in professional learning communities to improve teaching practices.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Effective classroom management and organization.
• Ability to integrate technology into instruction and learning.
• Commitment to continuous professional and spiritual growth.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Current Idaho teaching certificate (or ability to obtain one).
• Classroom experience preferred.
• Working toward or holding diocesan catechetical certification.
