Assistant Professor – Marketing (Tenure-Track)

Position starts August 2026.

• Conduct rigorous and innovative research in any area of marketing.
• Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in marketing and sales employing active and experiential learning strategies such as client projects, service learning, and technology-enhanced instruction.
• Contribute to course and curriculum design that aligns the marketing and sales programs with industry needs and current and emerging marketing trends.
• Contribute to a collaborative and professional departmental culture and initiatives.

• Earned doctorate (PhD or DBA) in marketing or a related discipline from an AACSB-accredited program on or before August 2026.
• Demonstrated potential for a sustained program of high-quality scholarly research in marketing.
• Evidence of teaching effectiveness at the undergraduate and/or graduate level.

• A record of peer-reviewed journal publications or strong evidence of a pipeline in progress.
• Demonstrated ability to use active and experiential learning strategies (e.g., client projects, service learning, technology-enhanced instruction).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a record of professionalism, collaboration, and respect in academic or professional settings.

Position will remain open until filled, with review to begin on October 6, 2025.

Base salary of $136,500. The standard faculty contract is a 9-month contract with pay and benefits spread over 12 months. The contract is renewed annually.
