Bringing creativity to the forefront, the full-time remote Instructional Designer will design and develop modern learning experiences, including eLearning, videos, blended solutions, while collaborating with subject matter experts to enhance the content library and analyze program effectiveness.
Key responsibilities- Design and develop engaging learning experiences, including eLearning modules, videos, and classroom programs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create leader guides, participant materials, and assessments aligned with business needs
- Maintain and improve the learning library while analyzing current training programs for effectiveness and identifying areas for enhancement
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, business, or a related field, or equivalent education/experience
- Proficiency in instructional design principles and models, including ADDIE and SAM
- Experience with eLearning development software such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Creative Cloud
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM compliance standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
