Position OverviewWe are seeking experienced Project Schedulers with strong expertise in Construction Project Scheduling and Primavera P6
. You will be responsible for developing, coordinating, analyzing, and maintaining schedules that support dynamic project requirements within high‑tech and advanced manufacturing environments.
Coordinate, analyze, and integrate project schedules to meet program requirements.
Review project milestone definitions and recommend standardized definitions for consistent use.
Communicate effectively with field staff to ensure accurate schedule development and timely updates.
Meet and coordinate with subcontractors to support monthly updates and recovery schedules.
Identify and communicate significant schedule risks to project leadership.
Forecast impacts of variances to support proactive schedule management.
Monitor schedule progress and overall project status.
Implement controls that prevent or mitigate schedule delays.
Develop contingency and recovery schedules for unforeseen events.
Apply knowledge of architectural/engineering design delivery within construction projects.
Work effectively with all levels of personnel to meet project goals.
Demonstrate understanding of the full project lifecycle and utilize data to support risk identification, quantification, and schedule control.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Sciences, or related discipline preferred.
Skills & Experience
Experience coordinating and resolving project scheduling issues within construction environments.
Proven background in directing, planning, and scheduling activities (development, control, analysis).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, influence, and collaborate with both internal teams and client personnel.
Broad understanding of project controls systems, software, and reporting tools, including Primavera P6 and Excel
.Strong analytical skills for evaluating schedule performance, identifying risks, and generating clear and concise reports.
Excellent verbal, written, and customer‑facing communication skills.
Familiarity with web‑based applications and shared drive systems.
Knowledge of change control processes, progress updates, and project controls best practices.
