As a Process Integration Conversion Coordinator in Fab 4, you will support Process Integration Engineering, work closely with the PI team and with Change Management, Traveler Control, Manufacturing and Process Engineering, PI Technicians, and to some extent with Operations, Information Systems, Planning, and Inventory Teams to maintain critical process control systems and functions as well as troubleshoot these systems. In this position, you will run multiple system setup requests that are required to process lots in an automated fashion and implement changes in a coordinated manner.

You will also lead the startup of NPR (New Part Requests). Our crucial purpose is to ensure on-time, correct, and coordinated Conversions, Traveler Revisions, and NPRs according to established BKMs.

Responsibilities
  • Submit and verify changes to setup in GeRM, Sigma, SPACE, Travelers, Queue Time, and LMS systems via GCPWeb.
  • Implement, and make sure the use of worldwide standards for all of the responsibilities listed above.
  • Maintain current parts, but also introduce new parts (NPR), and adhere to and implement associated business rules.
  • Document lessons learned and business rules for conversion management.
  • Maintain weekly or monthly reporting.
  • Train end-users in the use of GCPWeb and other systems and in accurate conversion BKMs.
Qualifications
  • Solid understanding of Fab processing and part flows
  • A solid understanding of GeRM, GCPWeb, SPACE, Sigma, Micron Central, MES Central, MES Tracking, LMS, NPTR, Data Navigator, Queue Time, EDC, TDAPPS, and other Fab Manufacturing-centric systems
  • Software knowledge in Excel, Yield 3, One Note, Outlook/Teams and other Office skills
  • Analytical/problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivation, good time-management and prioritization skills, and attention to detail
  • Computer knowledge used for documentation, reporting, and analysis; background in crafting metrics in site‑wide used systems such as Tableau is desired.

    Education:

    Associates Degree or equivalent industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior Micron Experience in PICC, Change Management, Manufacturing, Operations, or similar.
  • Maintain a high level of commitment and willingness to do what is needed to get the job done
  • Flexibility with work schedule
  • Strong communication including oral, written, listening, and presentation skills
  • Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and provide solutions as the landscape changes or as issues arise.
  • Strong teammate with ability to accept responsibility for projects and follow them through to completion
