• Lead the installation and qualification of industry‑leading CMP equipment in our state‑of‑the‑art cleanroom facilities.
• Analyze equipment performance data, perform preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and document findings thoroughly.
• Collaborate with process engineers to identify and resolve equipment‑related challenges impacting production efficiency and quality.
• Manage projects using established methodologies to address hardware gaps and improve equipment performance.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with vendors to ensure optimal equipment operation and benchmark performance standards.

• At least 2 years of industry experience as an Equipment Owner specializing in chemical mechanical planarization (CMP).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience, or an AAS with 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training, including potential extended periods in Taiwan.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with a detail‑oriented approach.
