- Provide technical leadership and oversee designer work on complex electrical projects.
- Perform quality reviews of design packages and assist with advanced design tasks.
- Interact directly with clients, owners, and contractors to support on‑site construction.
- Develop electrical designs for power distribution systems, grounding, lighting, and low‑voltage communications systems.
- Prepare technical specifications and construction documents for bidding and execution.
- Serve as the Electrical discipline lead or Quality Control reviewer in project meetings.
- Contribute to project proposals and deliver creative solutions to client challenges.
- Strong knowledge of facility electrical systems, including power distribution and low‑voltage systems.
- Experience with all phases of construction document production and specification development.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor or higher Degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy Engineering from an ABET‑accredited program.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) licensure with ability to obtain in the State of Idaho.
- At least 10 years of experience with building electrical engineering design.
- Solid working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC).
- Well versed in methods to perform voltage drop, arc flash, short circuit current, and load flow calculations, using SKM PTW, Easy Power or similar modeling software.
- Knowledgeable with engineering practices and procedures for specifications and selection of all types of electrical equipment and hardware.
- Experience reviewing vendor submittal packages against client requirements and specifications.
- Field experience interacting with subcontractors and construction personnel.
- Ability to perform site punch walk services.
- At least 2 years of experience working with complex semiconductor manufacturing tools, either their manufacture, installation, or use in clean rooms.
- Semiconductor and/or Data Center/Mission Critical facilities electrical design experience.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit or BIM software.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas.
- Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi‑disciplinary teams.

- Candidate must be willing to commute to the site Monday‑Friday during normal business hours – nominally 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with some flexibility based on the ability of the site to support and employee preference.
