Revit / BIM Designer (2D & 3D) – Semiconductor Facilities
Location: Boise, (Onsite)
About the RoleWe’re looking for a Revit/BIM Designer to support advanced semiconductor facility projects right here in Boise, Idaho
. This role is ideal for a hands‑on designer or design‑minded engineer who enjoys working closely with project teams, contributing to highly technical environments, and seeing their work built in the real world.
This position requires onsite support in Boise
—you’ll be embedded with project stakeholders, collaborating in real time on complex, fast‑paced facility designs that support cutting‑edge semiconductor manufacturing.
- Develop and maintain 2D and 3D Revit models for semiconductor facilities, including clean rooms, tool install layouts, and supporting infrastructure
- Produce construction‑ready drawings
: plans, sections, details, and schedules - Collaborate closely with process, mechanical, electrical, and facilities engineers to coordinate designs across disciplines
- Support BIM coordination and clash detection
, ensuring constructability and model accuracy - Apply and maintain BIM standards
, naming conventions, and best practices - Participate in onsite design reviews, field walkdowns, and coordination meetings
- Update models and drawings based on redlines, RFIs, and as‑built conditions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Revit/BIM workflows
- 3-7 years of experience using Revit in a BIM‑focused role (facility, industrial, or high‑tech manufacturing experience preferred)
- Strong skills in 2D drafting and 3D modeling
- Experience working on semiconductor, industrial, manufacturing, or mission‑critical facilities is highly desired
- Ability to interpret engineering design concepts and translate them into accurate models and drawings
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, onsite environment
- Strong attention to detail and an understanding of how designs are constructed in the field

- Drafters transitioning into advanced BIM roles
- Experience with Navisworks
, AutoCAD, or other coordination tools - Familiarity with cleanroom layouts
