We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Site Civil Engineer in Boise, Idaho. As a Civil Engineering Professional and part of our Cities and Places team, you will be an integral member of the design team, performing site civil engineering analysis and design for a wide range of projects locally, nationally and worldwide, producing technical reports, construction drawings and technical specifications.
Responsibilities- Assess site features and create site layouts.
- Design utilities systems and pavements, grading, drainage, stormwater management and erosion & sediment control.
- Develop project drawings and technical specifications during design.
- Provide construction support services during construction phases.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Professional Engineering Registration (P.E.).
- 7–15 years of relevant professional experience for infrastructure, building/facilities–related site civil design projects.
- Strong background in plan production and project execution while leading design teams.
- Experience working in a multi‑discipline team with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Construction support services experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- AutoCAD Civil3D design experience.
- Experience developing labor budgets for civil engineering design efforts.
- Project management experience.
- Practical hands‑on experience and/or construction support.
- Experience with alternate delivery (Design‑Build, CMAR/CM‑GC and/or EPC projects).

The base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience and relevant education or training.
