• Drive the adoption of new technology at customer sites, managing a team that demonstrates and introduces new technologies through demos, on‑site evaluations, joint development programs, and new tool qualifications.
• Serve as liaison between the customer and the Business Unit for assigned projects, ensuring clear understanding of customer issues and delivery of applicable solutions.
• Manage PSEs, providing highly visible customer support through on‑site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
• Oversee a team that checks and approves operational quality of system equipment and instructs customers in operation and maintenance of the system.
• Train and certify PSEs into their areas of assigned responsibility.
• Plan demand and forecast financial activity.
• Hold knowledge of at least three processes on two or more technologies, or expert level in one technology.
• Have basic integration knowledge.

• Demonstrates in‑depth understanding of concepts, theories, and principles within own job family and basic knowledge of other related families.

• Applies understanding of the industry and how own area contributes to the achievement of objectives.

• Manages a generally homogeneous team; adapts plans and priorities to meet service and/or operational challenges.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
