Overview

Micron Technology, a leader in memory and storage solutions, is seeking a New College Grad HBM Technical Customer Manager to support and technically enable High Bandwidth Memory solutions with key customers. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams, understanding customer requirements, and contributing to product and roadmap decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support multiple customer engagements by preparing technical content, participating in meetings, and aligning requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay customer needs and track progress toward program milestones.
  • Assist with validation and qualification activities to ensure customer readiness for HBM products.
  • Develop and maintain customer enablement documentation, SOPs, and technical collateral.
  • Prepare materials and messaging for internal and external forums, including executive‑level updates.
  • Analyze market and customer inputs to support roadmap discussions and business planning in the AI memory space.
  • Apply best practices for customer communication across the product lifecycle, from NPI to EOL.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, Materials, or related field).
  • Strong interest in semiconductor technology, AI hardware, or memory systems.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience with team‑based technical projects (academic, internship, or co‑op).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to learn in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing technical environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Internship, co‑op, or project experience in semiconductors, hardware systems, or product engineering.
  • Exposure to DRAM, advanced packaging, or system‑level design concepts.
  • Interest in customer engagement, product strategy, or technical program execution.
  • Comfort collaborating across multiple teams and disciplines.
  • Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as needed.
