Responsibilities
- Performing electrical failure analysis and yield improvement using both volume data and bench testing analysis;
- Utilizing statistical tool for detailed data analysis on product to drive yield improvement projects;
- Identifying causes of low yield through systematic analysis;
- Identifying design marginalities and recommending design solutions for circuit-related problems;
- Utilizing engineering equipment to support product characterization and electrical failure analysis.
May telecommute part-time.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field;
- 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
