Responsibilities

Work with process owners for DRAM integration. Establish structural requirements for DRAM devices in current and future products. Analyze the data related to DRAM integration such as SEM, TEM, inline film thickness, inspections, and electrical measurements. Work on resolutions for deviations. Assess DRAM CMOS structure and layout and define the requirements for DRAM CMOS. Lead and coordinate joint technical efforts with the process teams to resolve complex process-related issues that impact CMOS performance or yield.

Debug process related issues in current/future technology nodes: planar and wafer bonding and beyond. Continuously monitor and analyze inline fab process data to ensure the health of the line and to identify and troubleshoot issues related to yield, performance, and reliability. Lead structured DOE for yield, reliability, and process window characterization. May telecommute part-time.

Qualifications

Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
