Principal Customer Integration Engineer, Product & Process Engineering; HBM

Responsibilities

• Apply deep technical knowledge across one or several domains such as product engineering, system engineering, build, front‑end/back‑end process, PFA, qualification, or test.
• Support integration of customer requirements into internal design and manufacturing processes.
• Participate in technical reviews, debug sessions, and failure analysis activities.
• Work closely with internal teams across build, product engineering, and manufacturing to resolve technical challenges.
• Assist in yield improvement and qualification efforts tied to customer programs.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical field.
• Hands‑on experience in one or more areas: product development, systems build, development, front‑end/back‑end process, PFA, qualification, or test.
• Collaborate with Customer Integration Lead and Technical Leader during technical discussions with customers.

• Provide clear technical updates and documentation for internal and external collaborators.
• Develop expertise beyond primary subject area by engaging in cross‑training and on‑the‑job learning.
• Stay informed on HBM architecture, packaging technologies, and industry standard processes.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, quickly adapt to new technical domains, and communicate effectively while collaborating across teams.
