Engineer, RDA DRAM

Job Overview

As a qualified engineer you will be responsible for monitoring the health of assigned modules, managing yield loss issues, and providing timely feedback to various engineering teams. You will set up experimental and data collection experiments, generate reports for the fab team, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

• Complete safety training, addressing safety and quality issues, and maintain a continuous improvement program for defect reduction and yield improvement.
• Collaborate with RDA engineering teams, supervisors, and area leaders to set up and maintain quality inspection recipes, communicate daily priorities, and participate in meetings.
• Analyze data to make critical decisions, resolve cycle time and capacity‑related issues, and provide troubleshooting support for complex process problems.
• Ensure the quality of daily operations, maintain process consistency, and drive reductions in line variability.
• Work on projects to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with various teams to proactively address issues that could impact yield, output, or process holds.
• May telecommute part‑time.

• Front‑end semiconductor processing techniques relevant to DRAM memory fabrication.
• Defect detection techniques relevant for memory development, including SEM and optical inspection systems.
• Data analysis of experiments.
• Statistical process control charts.
• Technical reports, data visualization, and presenting to cross‑functional teams.
