Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
* Support the Project Manager in executing projects within scope, schedule, and budget while applying project controls
* Ensure compliance with safety standards by coordinating training, collaborating with Safety/Environmental teams, and supporting audits
* Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, construction, vendors) to ensure successful project execution
* Communicate project status, risks, and updates clearly to stakeholders
* Define and document project scope, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and managing changes as needed
* Support RFQs and ensure installations meet design specifications and quality requirements
* Assist with commissioning plans, construction sequencing, and apply structured problem-solving to resolve issues
Requirements:
* Strong multitasking, time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
* Proven ability to plan, execute, and complete complex projects effectively
* Experience working cross-functionally with teams from multiple disciplines
* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coordinate efforts across diverse groups
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
* Understanding of project design, scope development, and change management processes
Preferences:
* Familiarity with construction environments and project processes
Physical Effort/
Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
