You will oversee daily site safety operations, supporting the safe execution of work involving cleanroom environments, hazardous materials, high-purity systems, and equipment-intensive installations.

You will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with OSHA, site-specific, and semiconductor industry standards, while driving continuous improvement across all EHS programs. Success in this role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively manage risk in a high-stakes, precision-driven environment.

** WHAT YOU'LL DO:*
* In this Site EHS Manager role, you will support daily and shift-based construction and installation activities within a semiconductor manufacturing facility by providing visible, on-site safety leadership across all project operations. You will coordinate site access and ensure crews mobilize, stage, and work within designated safe zones in accordance with strict facility and cleanroom protocols.

You will oversee compliance with all safety requirements during highly technical work involving cleanroom environments, hazardous chemicals and gases, high-purity systems, and equipment installation. This includes supporting activities such as tool install, coating applications, confined space work, and energized systems.

You will conduct field audits, hazard assessments, and equipment inspections, verifying that all work practices align with OSHA regulations, site-specific requirements, and semiconductor industry standards. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining a zero-incident culture by proactively identifying risks, enforcing critical safety controls, and driving continuous improvement across all EHS programs in a precision-driven, high-consequence environment.
