Responsibilities- Provide expert architectural, functional and process guidance on approach and capabilities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and internal technical partners to understand capability needs and to develop efficient solutions.
- Partner with architects to maintain a 3-year roadmap addressing capabilities to enable the department strategic plans.
- Develop and manage a team of Software Engineers.
- Work within cross-functional teams to drive successful deployments.
- Act as the embodiment of an agile attitude; lead teams in iterative product development using lean principles and a quality‑first approach to development.
