Job Responsibilities
Monitor and coordinate civil daily activities to ensure civil work is performed in a technically correct and efficient manner, conform with company's standard and policies.
Plan and supervise Civil activities regarding tools requirement, spare parts, and consumable goods as well as manpower planning in establishment, maintenance, and repairment of Site. Civil activities are well-planned and well-supervised.
Responsible for maintaining and repairing Civil system in Site/Project. Civil systems in Site/Project are well maintained.
Check and examine all mechanical location and equipment and economizing by using test equipment standard and observe its function. All mechanical locations and equipments are successfully examined.
Conduct formal annual performance review for all direct reports, identifying strengths and weaknesses, training needs and agreeing upon goals for the future. Formal annual performances are successfully conducted.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure effectiveness of programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedures applied and to confirm execution of SHE Responsibility meets the intended outcome. SHE risk well maintained.

Bachelor's Degree of Engineering
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience- Min 1or more years of experiences as Civil / Structure Design Engineer.
- Proficient in Civil / Structure engineering yet can also contribute in other areas of disciplines.
- Provide consultative advice within Civil / Structure area.
- Being recognize as an expert within the function typically has some established contacts with other professionals within industry, technical associations, conferences or academia.
- Writes department procedures, presents findings and makes recommendations to clients and management.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
- If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 4.
