This role is ideal for an EHS leader who thrives in highly technical, dynamic field environments, excels at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams—including construction, engineering, and specialty trades—and is committed to maintaining the highest standards in safety and compliance. You will oversee daily site safety operations, supporting the safe execution of work involving cleanroom environments, hazardous materials, high‑purity systems, and equipment‑intensive installations.
You will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with OSHA, site‑specific, and semiconductor industry standards, while driving continuous improvement across all EHS programs. Success in this role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively manage risk in a high‑stakes, precision‑driven environment.

WHATYOU'LL DO
In this Site EHS Manager role, you will support daily and shift‑based construction and installation activities within a semiconductor manufacturing facility by providing visible, on‑site safety leadership across all project operations. You will coordinate site access and ensure crews mobilize, stage, and work within designated safe zones in accordance with strict facility and cleanroom protocols.
You will oversee compliance with all safety requirements during highly technical work involving cleanroom environments, hazardous chemicals and gases, high‑purity systems, and equipment installation. This includes supporting activities such as tool install, coating applications, confined space work, and energized systems.
You will conduct field audits, hazard assessments, and equipment inspections, verifying that all work practices align with OSHA regulations, site‑specific requirements, and semiconductor industry standards. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining a zero‑incident culture by proactively identifying risks, enforcing critical safety controls, and driving continuous improvement across all EHS programs in a precision‑driven, high‑consequence environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Implement Safety Policies:
Enforce safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA standards. - Conduct Safety Training:
Plan and conduct safety training programs for personnel, focusing on risk prevention and safety procedures. - Perform Safety Inspections:
Regularly inspect the job site to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. - Accident Investigation:
Coordinate and conduct investigations into accidents, incidents, and near misses, determine root causes, and recommend corrective action.- Any disciplinary action is the sole responsibility of the Site Project Manager and/or Superintendent along with the HR Manager.
- Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions taken. - Communication:
Inform project managers, EHS team, and site crew about safety regulations and potential hazards. - Safety Equipment Management:
