Senior Wet Etch Equipment Engineer
With a strong focus on safety and quality, you will play a meaningful role in improving our manufacturing processes by focusing on the installation, maintenance, optimization, and development of our wet etching equipment. Your expertise will support the production of high-quality semiconductor components that are pivotal to our customers’ success. You will work closely with multi‑functional teams to tackle equipment issues and implement solutions that improve efficiency and yield.

- Installation and qualification of industry leading wet process equipment in our new cleanroom.
- Wet process equipment performance, including data analysis, preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Collaborate with process engineers to identify and resolve equipment-related issues affecting production.
- Use project management skills to complete project milestones that close hardware gaps around equipment deficiencies.
- Establish productive vendor relations to maintain supplier engagement, driving best in class equipment metrics.
- Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of industry experience working as Equipment Owner with Wet Process Equipment.
- BS or Masters in Engineering, equivalent military experience, or AAS with 5+ years industry experience.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Data Science and Programming skills.
